		<description>Just came across your blog and am loving it!  Will definitely be adding you to my blogroll.  It's so true about the sushi because you can't eat raw fish that's old.  I loveee sushi, but tend to stick with the veggie kind.  I'd rather eat baked salmon than raw anyways.  I also agree that most superfruit claims are a load of fabrications.  And oats are always the best way to go for breakfast!</description>
