I’m a Boomer, I think (born 1961). I’m a little confused by the somewhat simplistic tone of your comments, and would appreciate it if you did not address those over age 40 or 50 as if they were slightly slow. I’m not a Boomer fan (i’m the Atari/Jones generation group), nor do I think that they invented civilization. Still, for pity’s sake, who you do think started most of those trends that your site is built from? Most of us are familiar with beans and have been championing whole grain breads for years. (The Fishphone is cute, but I have the sustainable seafood app on my iPhone. The DIY Seltzer bit looks interesting, though.) And as for Mah-Jong – don’t get me started. I’m currently finishing my naturopathic medical degree and won’t have time for games-playing for decades. Anyway, please do a lot of us a favor: don’t buy the notion that just because someone is 30 years older than you are (whatever your age is) that they need to be addressed Slowly.And.Carefully.With.Simple.Ideas.

Rest of your site is nice, though, and has some interesting thoughts about feeding kids (we’re still raising ours.)

I appreciate your comments, Gray-I try to keep all my blogs very simple, actually-so am sorry if you took offense. As you know, in a twitter world people have short attention spans and want clear, simple info. Sounds like you are very experienced with beans and other healthy staples-that is great-many of the people I meet in my work, however, are challenged with how to include more of them in their daily food choices, so I wrote that with them in mind. And Mah-Jong is a real big deal in my mother in law’s boomer circle! but thank you for your comments and hope you’ll consider giving the DIY seltzer a try.

Hi! If youve ever researched for fast weight loss programmes on-line, you in all probability know how much information is available on the net out there. Regrettably, a lot of the information is fraudulent or even a complete lie and can keep you from losing weight fast no matter how hard you try! Thanks for letting me add to your site.
